OmniFit's Executive Hybrid Coaching is a 12-week performance consulting program for San Diego professionals 30+ who want expert in-person coaching without daily gym commitments. Clients train in-studio for one 60-minute session every two weeks with a NASM-certified coach who holds corrective exercise (CES) and orthopedic exercise credentials. Between sessions, clients receive custom app programming, travel-adapted workouts for hotel and home gyms, form review videos, nutrition guidance, and direct messaging access to their coach. The program is designed for self-directed executives who execute independently but want structured expert oversight, periodic hands-on assessment, and full accountability.

A Typical Two-Week Cycle
Week 1 — In-Person Session Week

Lower body + mobility. Coach reviews your form video from Wednesday and sends notes before you start.

Week 2 — Independent Execution Week
Travel week. Coach pre-loaded dumbbell circuit adapted for hotel equipment. You log completion in the app.
Bodyweight mobility flow at home. 25 minutes. Coach sent form review with corrections from Tuesday.
Full-body strength session. Program auto-progresses weights from last week's logged data.
Coach reviews the full 2-week cycle. Prepares next in-person session agenda. Updates nutrition targets.
