1. Business Identity

OmniFit Personal Fitness Training operates under JJ4E LLC, registered in California.
All payments, contracts, and communications are processed through JJ4E LLC in San Diego, CA, USA.

2. Services We Offer

We provide personalized health and fitness solutions, including:

  • One-on-one personal training (in-person and online)

  • Hybrid and virtual coaching programs

  • Nutrition guidance and wellness support

  • Group fitness sessions and workshops

  • Health and performance consultations

Our programs are built on evidence-based exercise and behavior-change methods to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
By enrolling, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through approved providers such as Stripe, Klarna, and Affirm, under JJ4E LLC.
Payment is due at booking or as stated in your agreement.
Services may be paused or terminated for late or missing payments.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

In-Person or Virtual Sessions

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

  • No refunds after purchase.

  • Medical emergencies or coach cancellations may receive credit at OmniFit’s discretion.

Coaching Packages and Programs

  • Programs are billed per your signed agreement.

  • Refunds are not available once a program begins.

  • Pauses or transfers may be granted with written approval from OmniFit.

6. Health Disclaimer

All information from OmniFit is for educational purposes only.
It is not medical advice.
Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions.

7. Liability Waiver

By joining any OmniFit program, workshop, or consultation, you agree that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity.

  • You release JJ4E LLC (DBA OmniFit Personal Fitness Training), its coaches, and affiliates from liability for injuries, losses, or damages.

  • You understand results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

A separate Liability Waiver and Release Form must be signed before starting services.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, videos, images, and logos—is owned by JJ4E LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information securely and never sell client data.

10. Termination of Services

OmniFit may refuse, suspend, or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

11. Governing Law
