4. Payment Terms

All payments for services are processed securely through approved payment platforms, including Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, or other authorized providers, under JJ4E LLC.
Payment is due at the time of booking or as stated in your specific agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or delayed payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

In-Person or Virtual Sessions

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24-hours’ notice will be forfeited and not eligible for reschedule.

  • No refunds are issued after purchase. In cases of medical emergencies or coach cancellation, sessions may be credited at OmniFit’s discretion.

5. Coaching Packages and Programs

  • All programs (including hybrid or online coaching) are billed according to your agreement.

  • Refunds are not available once the program has commenced.

  • Pauses or transfers may be approved in special cases with written consent from OmniFit.

6. Health Disclaimer

All fitness and nutrition information provided through OmniFit is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
Consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in OmniFit’s training programs, workshops, or consultations, you acknowledge that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.

  • You release JJ4E LLC (DBA OmniFit Personal Fitness Training), its coaches, and affiliates from all liability related to injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.

  • You understand that results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Participants will be required to sign a separate Liability Waiver and Release Form prior to starting services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and media on this website—including text, videos, images, logos, and training plans—are the property of JJ4E LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written consent.

10. Termination of Services
