The 30-Minute
Executive Reset
Live coaching built for professionals over 30 whose calendars do not cooperate. Thirty focused minutes, coached in real time, from your home, your office, or a hotel room in a city you did not plan to be in this week.
Rated 5.0 from 190+ five-star reviews · NASM Elite Trainer · Coaching from $200 per 4 weeks
The 30-Minute Executive Reset is OmniFit Performance's live virtual and hybrid coaching program, led by NASM Elite Trainer Nemezio LopezPerez from Teqneeq Functional Health Center in 4S Ranch, San Diego, and delivered to clients nationwide. Sessions run 30 minutes over live video, coached in real time rather than sent as a template, with programming adapted weekly for travel, hotel gyms, and unpredictable schedules. Programs follow the same Assess, Correct, Build, Sustain framework used in person, including a strict 3/10 pain ceiling rule and progress tracked across 12 objective metrics with formal 30-day reports. Tiers run from $200 per 4 weeks for programming without live sessions, to $500 for one live session per week, $750 for two, and $1,100 for three.
Why Thirty Minutes
A 60-minute session you cancel is worth less than a 30-minute session you actually take. The Reset is built around the constraint that ends most executive training programs: not motivation, but the calendar.
Prep and Screen
A quick movement check on camera. How did the body respond to the last session, what is stiff today, what needs modifying before we load anything.
Corrective Work
The activation and mobility work your assessment flagged. Never skipped, never treated as an optional warm-up.
The Working Block
Progressive strength work, coached live with form correction in real time. Programmed in 4-week blocks, not improvised daily.
Log and Set Up
Results logged in the app, next session queued, and any travel that week accounted for before you close the laptop.
Coached Live, Not Sent as a File
Live Video Sessions
Real-time coaching over video. Your coach watches every rep, corrects form as it happens, and adjusts the session on the spot when something does not feel right.
- Real-time form correction
- Session adapts to how you feel that day
- 3/10 pain ceiling rule applies
App-Based Programming
Between live sessions, your full program lives in the app with video demonstrations, logged results, and automatic progression from your last recorded numbers.
- 4-week programmed blocks
- Video demonstrations throughout
- Progression from logged data
Travel-Adapted Weeks
Tell your coach where you will be and what equipment you will have. Hotel gym, a pair of dumbbells, or nothing at all. The week gets rebuilt around it rather than skipped.
- Hotel and minimal-equipment variations
- Rebuilt in advance, not improvised
- No lost weeks on the road
Measured Progress
Twelve objective metrics tracked over time, with formal 30-day progress reports. You are measured against your own baseline, not a generic standard.
- Strength benchmarks and adherence
- Posture photos, scored quarterly
- Formal 30-day reports
Nutrition That Survives Travel
Protein targets and meal frameworks built for client dinners, airport terminals, and hotel breakfasts. Habit-based coaching, not a meal plan you abandon in week two.
- Individualized calorie and macro targets
- Restaurant and travel strategies
- Habit systems, not restriction
Hybrid If You Are Local
San Diego clients can mix live virtual sessions with in-person training at Teqneeq FHC in 4S Ranch. Hands-on assessment when you are in town, virtual coaching when you are not.
- In-person sessions at Teqneeq
- Virtual coverage during travel weeks
- One program, two delivery modes
Four Tiers, Published Rates
Every tier includes app-based programming, nutrition coaching, and progress tracking. What changes is how many sessions are coached live each week.
- No live sessions

Who This Is For
The Reset tends to be the right fit in four situations.
You travel too much for a standing appointment
One to two weeks a month on the road, in cities and hotels you do not choose. Training that depends on being physically somewhere has already failed you. This program moves with you and gets rebuilt around whatever equipment you find.
You want long-term change, not another challenge
You have done the six-week programs and watched the results reverse. The Reset is built around progressive 4-week blocks, habit systems, and measurement against your own baseline, with the explicit goal of training you into independence.
You want fat loss without crash dieting
No elimination diets, no punitive cardio, no plan that collapses the first time a client dinner runs long. Progressive strength work paired with nutrition coaching designed for how executives actually eat.
Your desk is doing damage and the gym is not fixing it
Rounded shoulders, a forward head, hips that have not fully extended since Tuesday. Corrective work is built into every session, coached live so someone qualified is actually watching the movement, not just prescribing it.

Questions About the Executive Reset
What is the 30-Minute Executive Reset?
It is OmniFit Performance's live virtual and hybrid coaching program for professionals over 30. Sessions run 30 minutes over live video and are coached in real time, with a full program in the app between sessions. It follows the same Assess, Correct, Build, Sustain framework used for in-person clients, including the 3/10 pain ceiling rule and progress tracked across 12 objective metrics.
How much does the Executive Reset cost?
OmniFit Performance publishes its rates in full. New clients start on The Foundation: three consecutive 4-week cycles paid in full at enrolment, $560 per cycle for studio Momentum, $1,100 for studio Performance, $800 for in-home Momentum, $850 for studio couples and $1,250 for in-home couples. After that, or by direct entry, The Program bills every 4 weeks: $640 to $1,800 at the studio, $900 to $2,600 in-home, $1,000 to $2,900 for couples. Without a program, single sessions are $205 to $275 and 5-packs run $180 to $250 per session depending on setting and membership. The fully virtual Executive Reset runs $200 to $1,100 per 4 weeks. Every client starts with a $150 Performance Assessment, credited toward the first cycle. Note: studio programs require a Teqneeq membership ($119 per month, billed by Teqneeq), with facility access on non-training days included. Full tables on the training rates page.
What equipment do I need?
Less than you would expect. A pair of adjustable dumbbells, a mat, and a resistance band covers most programming. For hotel weeks, sessions are rebuilt around bodyweight and bands, or whatever the hotel gym actually has. If you have a full home gym, the program scales to it.
How is this different from an app subscription?
An app sends you a template and hopes you follow it. The Reset is coached live: your form is corrected in real time, the session adapts to how your body feels that day, and your program is rebuilt when your schedule or equipment changes. You also get a movement screen before anything is programmed, and formal progress reports every 30 days.
Can I combine virtual sessions with in-person training?
Yes, and San Diego clients often do. In-person sessions happen at Teqneeq Functional Health Center, 10772 Thornmint Rd in 4S Ranch, with virtual sessions covering travel weeks and packed stretches. It is one program with two delivery modes, not two separate services.
I have old injuries. Is virtual coaching safe for me?
Corrective exercise is the core of how OmniFit trains, virtual or not. Programming starts from a movement screen, follows a strict 3 out of 10 pain ceiling rule, and modifies or replaces any movement that exceeds mild discomfort. OmniFit is not a medical provider and does not diagnose or treat injuries. For clients discharged from physical therapy, the program is built as the bridge back to full training, and coordinates with your physical therapist where useful.
Where do you coach virtual clients?
Anywhere in the United States. OmniFit Performance is based at Teqneeq Functional Health Center in 4S Ranch, San Diego, and virtual coaching is not limited by geography. In-person and hybrid options are available for clients in San Diego County.
How do you measure progress if you never see me in person?
Progress is tracked across 12 objective metrics: strength benchmarks logged every session, posture photos scored quarterly, body measurements, adherence rates, nutrition compliance, and more, with a formal progress report every 30 days. San Diego clients can add an in-person Bodystat QuadScan 4000 body composition scan; virtual clients track body composition via self-measurement with video guidance, submit posture photos through the app, and have every other metric managed through the coaching platform.
