OmniFit Performance offers three training formats, all designed for professionals and executives 30+. In-studio private training at Teqneeq FHC in 4S Ranch, fully private, one client at a time. In-home training throughout San Diego County (La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Encinitas). And the 30-Minute Executive Reset, a fully virtual program with live sessions 2–3×/week. Every program follows our Assess → Correct → Build → Sustain methodology.

The Executive Reset is a high-frequency virtual coaching program with live 30-minute sessions 2–3 times per week via video. It includes app-based programming, nutrition coaching, and habit systems. Designed for executives who want daily structure and accountability from anywhere: home, office, or hotel room.

Yes. In-home training is available throughout San Diego County including La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, and Encinitas. A per-session travel fee may apply depending on location. Your coach brings all necessary equipment. Programming is identical to our studio sessions, fully individualized, assessment-driven, with monthly progress reports.

OmniFit Performance is a private 1:1 coaching practice, not a gym and not a group fitness studio. There are no classes, no shared sessions, and no rotating trainers. Your program is individually designed around your movement assessment, not adapted from a class template. OmniFit specializes in corrective exercise and executive scheduling flexibility, which group formats and large-gym personal training departments cannot accommodate. In-studio coaching at Teqneeq: $250 to $1,395 per month on a 3-month program depending on tier (Essential, Momentum, Performance, or Peak), or $290 to $1,625 month-to-month. Session packs: $175 per session for 5, $150 for 10, $135 for 20. Single sessions: $165 at Teqneeq, $195 in-home. In-home coaching: from $335 per month on a 3-month program, with a per-session travel fee that may apply depending on location. 30-Minute Executive Reset: from $175 per month for the async tier, with coached tiers at $449, $675, and $995. OmniFit does not bill insurance directly. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible wellness services, though you'll need to confirm with your benefits administrator. We can provide invoices and documentation if needed for reimbursement.

Book a 45-minute paid consultation ($30 refundable deposit). We'll discuss your goals, movement history, schedule, and any injuries or limitations. If it's a mutual fit, the deposit applies to your first month and you can start training within the week. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you honestly and refund the deposit. Book here.

Travel-adapted programming is built into every OmniFit Performance program. In-studio and in-home clients receive hotel and home gym workout variations through the app between sessions. Executive Reset clients train live via video from anywhere. In-person clients can add virtual sessions during travel weeks. No one loses momentum because of a flight.

Minimal equipment works: a pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a mat. For hotel rooms, we program bodyweight-only and band-based workouts requiring zero equipment. For home gyms, we scale to whatever you have. Every program includes equipment-adaptive variations so you never miss a workout due to access limitations.

Yes. OmniFit Performance specializes in joint-friendly, corrective-first training. Your coach holds NASM Corrective Exercise (CES) and ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist credentials. Every program begins with a 9-point movement screen and follows a 3/10 pain ceiling protocol, meaning we never push through pain above a 3 out of 10. OmniFit is not a medical provider, but we serve as a structured bridge between physical therapy discharge and full performance training. When appropriate, we coordinate with your PT or physician.

Results vary by starting point and adherence, so OmniFit Performance measures every client against their own baseline rather than a promise. Compliant clients typically see movement quality and posture improve first, followed by measurable body composition change, strength increases, and better energy and sleep. OmniFit tracks progress with monthly data reports including body composition, strength benchmarks, posture photos, adherence metrics, and well-being scores. We don't promise miracles. Yes. Every OmniFit Performance program includes nutrition guidance. You'll receive custom macros, simple meal frameworks, travel and dining strategies, and weekly accountability check-ins. We use a Precision Nutrition-informed approach focused on sustainable habit change rather than restrictive diets. For clients who want deeper nutrition support, dedicated nutrition coaching add-ons are available.

All sessions require 24 hours' advance notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited. This policy exists to maintain consistency and respect both your time and your coach's schedule. In-person training is billed via monthly auto-pay with no long-term contracts beyond the agreed commitment period.
