Yes. We coach clients locally and remotely via live video along with our coaching app. Many busy professionals combine online coaching with periodic 1:1 sessions when their schedule allows.
+Can you coach me if I travel frequently for work?
Absolutely. Programs are written for your reality—hotel gyms, office gyms, or minimal equipment. We adjust weekly so you keep progressing, even on the road.
+What equipment do I need for online sessions?
Minimal gear works: a pair of dumbbells, a mat, and optional suspension straps. If you have more, great—we’ll use it. No gym is required to see results.
+How often do we meet and what does accountability look like?
Most clients train 2–3x/week. You’ll also get weekly progress reviews, habit tracking, and in-app messaging for daily support. This is where most “diets” fail—OmniFit keeps you consistent.
+How long are sessions?
Standard 1:1 sessions run ~45–60 minutes. We can adapt to 30-minute formats for very tight schedules.
