Every program begins with a 45-minute movement assessment using NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist protocols, and follows the Assess → Correct → Build → Sustain methodology. Training is joint-friendly by design: the 3/10 pain ceiling rule applies to every session, and corrective exercise is integrated into every warm-up.
