Your rate includes everything: programming, nutrition coaching, app access, check-ins, and progress reviews. No upsells or surprise charges. The only addition is a standard 2.9% processing fee on card payments.
Pausing Your Program
3-month commitment programs include a pause option — up to 2 weeks per term. Your commitment extends by the same duration at no cost. Month-to-month clients can cancel with 30 days notice.
Ending Your Program
Month-to-month: 30 days written notice. 3-month commitment: honored through the term, then month-to-month. No guilt, no hard feelings. We'll give you a transition plan so your progress doesn't disappear.
