The OmniFit Method
Every Rancho Santa Fe client follows the same four-phase methodology: Assess, Correct, Build, Sustain. Your first session is a comprehensive movement screening, not a workout. We map your compensations, restrictions, and asymmetries before designing a single exercise.
RSF clients typically present with a pattern we see across high-performing executives: decades of desk work and travel have created significant hip flexor tightness, thoracic rounding, and shoulder dysfunction, layered on top of old sports injuries that were never properly rehabilitated. We address all of it systematically.
In-home training is the dominant format in Rancho Santa Fe. Most clients have invested in excellent home gyms. Our job is to turn that equipment into a structured, progressive program with expert coaching and real accountability.
Why Rancho Santa Fe Executives Choose OmniFit
Complete Privacy & Discretion
No gym crowds. No social media. Training happens at your home, on your terms. OmniFit serves high-profile clients who value confidentiality as much as results.
Assessment-Driven, Not Template-Based
Your program is built entirely from your movement screening data. Every exercise selection, progression, and corrective protocol is specific to your body, not pulled from a generic plan.
Built for Complex Schedules
Many RSF clients manage multiple residences, frequent travel, and demanding business calendars. Our hybrid coaching keeps your training consistent regardless of where you are that week.
Meet Nemezio LopezPerez
Nemezio LopezPerez is a NASM Elite Trainer and the founder of OmniFit Performance. He holds twelve certifications across movement, nutrition, and metabolic health: NASM CPT, CES, PES, BCS, and CNC, an ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist credential, three Precision Nutrition certifications (Level 1, Sleep Stress and Recovery, and Nutrition for Metabolic Health), and three Eden clinical-collaboration certifications supporting clients on GLP-1 and peptide protocols. Every program he builds starts with a 45-minute movement assessment and follows the Assess, Correct, Build, Sustain framework with a strict 3/10 pain ceiling rule.
More about Nemezio →Who We Coach
The professionals we coach in Rancho Santa Fe tend to arrive in one of three patterns:
The Desk-Bound Executive
Ten-hour days at a desk, rounded shoulders, a forward head, and an old lifting or sports injury that flares up whenever training gets serious. The program starts corrective: fix the movement patterns first, then build strength on top of them.
The Post-Rehab Professional
Discharged from physical therapy, cleared to train, but nobody showed them how to load safely again. OmniFit is the bridge: a strict 3/10 pain ceiling rule, progressive strength work, and coordination with physical therapists when needed.
The 50+ Professional
Done with bootcamps their joints will not tolerate, but not done getting stronger. Age-appropriate progressive strength training, calibrated to recovery capacity, measured against their own baseline.
The 9-Point Movement Screen
Every OmniFit program starts with a 45-minute consultation and the $110 Performance Diagnostic, credited in full toward a 3-month package. The diagnostic includes a nine-point movement screen:
- Overhead Squat Assessment — compensations in ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders under a loaded pattern
- Single-Leg Squat — unilateral stability, hip strength, knee tracking
- Push & Pull Patterns — shoulder mechanics and scapular stability under load
- Posture Photos — front, side, and back baseline, re-scored quarterly
- Joint Range of Motion — shoulders, hips, ankles, thoracic spine
- Grip Strength — a reliable marker of functional strength, tracked monthly
- BodyStat Body Composition — medical-grade bioimpedance via the BodyStat 1500 MDD: lean mass, fat mass, hydration
- Core Stability — plank and anti-rotation testing
- Gait Analysis — walking mechanics that reveal asymmetries and compensations
Every finding feeds directly into your program. Nothing is generic, and nothing is guessed.

What does a personal trainer in Rancho Santa Fe cost?

Full tables on the training rates page.
Do I need a fully equipped home gym?
At minimum, you need adjustable dumbbells (5–50+ lbs), an adjustable bench, resistance bands, and about 8×8 feet of open space. Most RSF clients have more extensive setups: power racks, cable machines, cardio equipment. We design your program around whatever you have. During your consultation, send photos and we'll assess.
What certifications does your trainer hold?
OmniFit's founder Nemezio LopezPerez holds NASM-CPT, NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), NASM-BCS (Behavior Change Specialist), and NASM-CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach), plus an ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist credential. Every program follows evidence-based, assessment-driven protocols.
I split time between San Diego and another city. Can this work?
This is one of the most common scenarios among RSF clients. Our hybrid coaching combines in-person sessions when you're in San Diego with virtual programming and hotel/travel gym workouts when you're elsewhere. You maintain consistent progress regardless of location.
How is this different from other in-home trainers in Rancho Santa Fe?
Most mobile trainers bring portable equipment and deliver generic workouts. OmniFit delivers a complete training program using your own equipment: 9-point movement assessment, corrective exercise protocols, periodized strength programming, nutrition coaching, and monthly data-driven progress reports. It's the same methodology used at Teqneeq FHC in 4S Ranch, delivered in your home.
