How OmniFit Clients
Actually Progress

Results from everyone who trained, not a handful of highlights. Every figure states its sample size and method, and the clients who did not reach their goal are counted alongside those who did.

Goal Outcomes

87% Reached or Partly Reached Their Goal

Among clients coached three months or longer, 69% fully achieved their goal and 92% fully or partly achieved it.

Each primary goal was set at intake and rated by the coach as achieved, partly achieved or not achieved, using logged measurements where they exist. Clients still training were rated on progress to date.

Strength

The Median Client Became 13.7% Stronger

430 lifts were tracked across 38 clients, comparing each client's first two sessions on a lift with their latest two. Each client counts once, as the median across their lifts.

Measured on working load instead, the median client lifted 32% more on their tracked lifts after about 12 weeks (37 clients). Long-term clients do not show larger percentages because programs shift toward maintenance, joint-friendly variations and new exercises after the first year. Measured at each client's best sustained level, the median is +13.4%, nearly the same. A quarter of clients show no gain or a decline on most lifts; they are included.

Retention

What Each Figure Is Based On

Each figure draws on a defined group of clients. The groups differ in size by design: a client appears in a measure only when the data supports it.

Method

How These Figures Were Calculated

Every figure comes from OmniFit's own client records, pulled on October 1, 2026. No client was excluded for a poor result.

  • Sources. Session schedules and workout logs from the OmniFit coaching app (Trainerize); payment history from Stripe.
  • Who is counted. Anyone with two or more scheduled sessions or logged workouts. Family members billed to one card are counted separately when each has their own training record.
  • Sessions. Scheduled sessions. Attendance was not recorded before October 2026, so a small number may have been cancelled or missed.
  • Retention. Days between a client's first and last session or logged workout. A milestone rate counts only clients whose first session was at least that long before October 1, 2026.
  • Strength. For each lift logged at least four times over at least four weeks, estimated one-rep max from logged weight and reps (Epley formula, sets of 12 reps or fewer). Change compares the best of the latest two sessions with the best of the first two. Each client's result is the median across their lifts. Bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups are excluded.
  • Working load. Heaviest logged weight on each lift in the first session versus the heaviest between weeks 10 and 16.
  • Weight. First and latest logged body weight at least four weeks apart, from in-session scales and clients' own synced scales.
  • Body composition. Bodystat QuadScan 4000 bioimpedance readings taken in session at Teqneeq Functional Health Center, available only for clients who started training there.
  • Goal achievement. Coach assessments against the goal set at intake, not client-reported results. Client-confirmed ratings begin with clients starting in October 2026.
  • Limits. There is no comparison group, so these figures describe what OmniFit observed, not how much of the change OmniFit caused versus what clients would have achieved otherwise. Sample sizes are small and stated beside every figure.
