Nutrition Coaching That Outlasts the Program
Behaviour-based nutrition coaching for professionals over 30. Macro targets, structured meal frameworks, and photo logging in the OmniFit app. Included in every training program.
Most nutrition plans fail because they change what you eat without changing how you decide. OmniFit Performance uses a four-phase behavioural framework adapted from Precision Nutrition: awareness, regulation, adaptation, identification. It runs alongside the training method rather than separately from it. You get macro targets and meal frameworks built for your goals, and photo logging in the app returns full macros with automated feedback. What you do not get is a fourteen-day meal plan you abandon in week three.
Four Phases, Same Logic as the Training
The training method runs Assess, Correct, Build, Sustain. Nutrition runs a behavioural cousin of it, because the problem is the same shape: you cannot fix what you have not measured, and you cannot sustain what you have not made automatic.
Awareness
Find out what is actually happening
Before anything changes, we establish what you are genuinely eating rather than what you think you are eating. Photo logging in the OmniFit app makes this take seconds instead of minutes, and the gap between the two is usually the whole conversation.
Regulation
Put structure on it
Macro targets set against your training load and your goal, plus meal frameworks built for how you actually eat. Not a prescriptive daily menu. A repeatable structure you can apply to a work lunch, a hotel breakfast, or your own kitchen.
Adaptation
Make it survive real life
Travel weeks, client dinners, the quarter that goes sideways. This is the phase most programs skip, and it is the one that decides whether anything holds. The targets flex; the structure does not disappear.
Identification
Stop following a plan and start being someone who eats this way
The goal is not compliance. It is the point where the decisions are automatic and you no longer need a coach to make them. That is what long-term means, and it is why the framework is behavioural rather than prescriptive.
Included in Every Program
Macro targeting
Protein, carbohydrate and fat targets set against your training load, your body composition baseline, and what you are training toward. Adjusted as the numbers move, not held fixed for three months.
AI photo logging
Photograph a meal in the OmniFit app and FitMetrics AI returns full macros with automated feedback. It removes the friction that makes people stop tracking by week two, and it means the coaching conversation starts from data rather than recall.
Meal frameworks
Structured meal guidance built around your goals and your starting point. A framework you can apply anywhere, rather than a fixed menu that only works when your week goes to plan.
Every Program Includes Nutrition. The Depth Varies
Nutrition is not an upsell or an add-on package. It is in every tier from Essential upward. What changes between tiers is how much of it is coached live versus handled asynchronously.
Macro targets, meal frameworks, and photo logging with automated feedback in the app. Asynchronous guidance, reviewed at your monthly assessment.
Everything above, with nutrition reviewed as part of your coached sessions rather than only at the monthly assessment.
Everything above, with dedicated coaching time on nutrition. Targets and structure adjusted continuously against training load, travel, and how the week actually went.
Full tier pricing is on the training rates page.
Coaching, Not Clinical Nutrition
This is an important distinction and it is worth stating plainly rather than burying.
What OmniFit provides is nutrition coaching for healthy adults: macro targets, structured meal frameworks, habit and behaviour work, and guidance on eating around training, travel and restaurants. Nemezio LopezPerez holds the NASM Certified Nutrition Coach credential, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Precision Nutrition's Nutrition for Metabolic Health certification.
What OmniFit does not provide is medical nutrition therapy. That is a registered dietitian's scope of practice, and it is a different discipline. Clients managing a chronic disease are referred to a registered dietitian rather than coached around it. That includes, among others, cancer, HIV, and pancreatic conditions.
If a physician is managing something for you, the coaching is built around their guidance rather than in place of it.
What This Will Not Be
- No crash protocols. Not at any tier, not for an event, not ever.
- No fourteen-day meal plans handed over on day one. Structure gets built with you, not delivered to you.
- No supplement prescriptions or protocols.
- No elimination diets, cleanses, or anything that requires you to stop eating a food group without a clinical reason.
- No promises about how fast anything happens. Behaviour change has its own timeline and it is longer than anyone wants it to be.
Questions About Nutrition Coaching
Do you give me a meal plan?
You get meal frameworks built around your goals and your starting point, not a fixed daily menu. The difference matters: a menu works until the week you travel or a dinner runs late, and then it stops working entirely. A framework tells you how to build a meal in any situation, which is what survives contact with a real schedule.
Is nutrition coaching included or is it extra?
Included in every tier from Essential upward, at no additional cost. What varies is depth: at Essential it is asynchronous guidance with macro targets, meal frameworks and app-based photo logging, reviewed at your monthly assessment. At Performance and Peak there is dedicated coaching time on it within your sessions.
How does the AI meal photo analysis work?
You photograph a meal in the OmniFit app and FitMetrics AI returns full macros along with automated feedback. It exists because the reason most people stop tracking is friction, not motivation. Weighing and logging every ingredient is sustainable for about ten days. Photographing a plate takes two seconds, and it means the coaching conversation starts from what you actually ate.
What if I hate dieting and tracking?
Then the framework is built for you specifically. The awareness phase exists to establish a baseline, not to make tracking permanent. The end state is identification, where the decisions are automatic and you are not logging anything. Tracking is a diagnostic tool with a defined lifespan, not the product.
Are you a dietitian?
No. Nemezio LopezPerez is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Precision Nutrition's Nutrition for Metabolic Health certification. Those cover nutrition coaching for healthy adults. Medical nutrition therapy is a registered dietitian's scope of practice, and clients managing a chronic disease are referred rather than coached around it.
Will you put me on a crash diet to hit a deadline?
No, at any tier and for any reason. Aggressive restriction produces a number on a scale and loses muscle doing it, and the behaviour it teaches is the behaviour that put most people here in the first place. If you have an event and a short window, the honest answer is that the timeline does not suit this approach.
Can I do nutrition coaching without training?
Nutrition is included in every training program rather than sold separately. The framework is designed to run alongside the training method, and the macro targets are set against your training load. If you want nutrition guidance on its own, say so on the consultation and I will tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
