In-Home Personal Trainer
in San Diego

Your coach comes to you. Private 1:1 training in your home — same structured methodology, same corrective-first approach, same accountability as the studio. Have your own equipment? We program around it. Don't? We bring everything. Zero commute. Complete privacy.

OmniFit Performance provides private in-home personal training for professionals and executives over 30 throughout North County and coastal San Diego, including 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Del Sur, Santaluz, Poway, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and as far south as La Jolla. Led by NASM Elite Trainer Nemezio Lopez Perez — who holds corrective exercise (CES), performance enhancement (PES), behavior change (BCS), nutrition (CNC), and ACE orthopedic exercise (OES) credentials — each session is conducted in the client's home, programmed around their own equipment or with all equipment provided by OmniFit. Programs follow a structured Assess → Correct → Build → Sustain methodology emphasizing joint-friendly strength training, desk posture correction, and sustainable body recomposition. In-home training is offered as named monthly packages starting at $275 per month, with all programming, nutrition guidance, and accountability included; a travel fee may apply depending on location.

The Problem

You Don't Need Another Gym. You Need a System.

Whether you've built a home gym that sits unused or you've never owned a dumbbell, the missing piece is the same: expert programming, periodic assessment, and real accountability. Without those, nothing changes. Sound familiar?

YouTube / App Workouts

Generic programs not designed for your body. No one watching your form. No one adjusting when your shoulder or knee flares up. No accountability when you skip a week.

Mobile Trainers

Show up with a bag of bands. No assessment, no periodization, no corrective work. They deliver a one-off workout, not a structured program that progresses.

OmniFit In-Home

A full personal training program in your home. Movement assessment, corrective protocols, custom periodization, nutrition coaching, and data-driven progress tracking — using your equipment or ours.

In-home personal training eliminates the two biggest barriers executives face: commute time and gym environment friction. OmniFit Performance's in-home service delivers the same structured Assess → Correct → Build → Sustain methodology used at its studio inside Teqneeq FHC in 4S Ranch, conducted in the client's own home. OmniFit provides all equipment when needed, or builds the program around a client's existing home gym — and either way the program is individually designed for the client's movement assessment results, equipment situation, and schedule, never adapted from generic templates. The typical OmniFit in-home client is a professional or executive over 30 in 4S Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, or Del Mar who wants structured, accountable coaching without commuting to a gym.

Common Questions

In-Home Training FAQs

How much does an in-home personal trainer cost in San Diego?
OmniFit Performance in-home training is offered as named monthly packages by frequency, starting at $275/month for Essential (one session every two weeks) up to $1,675/month for Peak (three sessions per week). A travel fee may apply depending on location. Every program includes a full movement assessment, custom programming, nutrition guidance, weekly accountability, and monthly progress reports, with equipment provided when needed. 3-month commitment plans are paid in full upfront; month-to-month is billed monthly. Full breakdown on the Training Rates page.
What areas do you serve for in-home training?
OmniFit Performance serves North County and coastal San Diego from its 4S Ranch base — including 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Del Sur, Santaluz, Poway, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, and Fairbanks Ranch — and along the coast as far south as La Jolla, including Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad. A travel fee may apply depending on location. If your neighborhood isn't listed, reach out — we may accommodate select locations.
Do I need a home gym or my own equipment?
No. OmniFit Performance brings professional-grade portable equipment for a full session — all you need is about 8×8 feet of open floor space. If you already own a home gym, your program is built around your equipment instead, with recommendations for additions only when they'd genuinely help. During your consultation you can send photos of your space and we'll plan accordingly.
How is OmniFit different from a mobile trainer?
Mobile trainers typically bring a bag of bands and deliver a generic one-off workout. OmniFit Performance delivers a full, structured personal training program. You receive the same 9-point movement assessment, custom periodized programming, corrective exercise protocols, and accountability system used in the studio at Teqneeq FHC in 4S Ranch. The methodology is identical — only the location changes.
What does a typical in-home session look like?
Sessions are 45–60 minutes. Each begins with a targeted warm-up and corrective activation sequence based on your assessment. The main training block focuses on compound strength movements, progressed systematically each week. Sessions end with mobility work addressing your specific desk posture issues. Everything is logged in the Trainerize app for tracking.
Can I combine in-home training with virtual coaching?
Yes — many clients use a hybrid approach: in-home sessions for hands-on coaching and heavy lifts, plus app-guided programming for independent training days. This is especially effective for clients who travel. Your in-home sessions focus on corrective work and compound strength, while app sessions maintain consistency from hotel gyms or on the road. See Executive Hybrid Coaching.
What results can I expect in 3–6 months?
Typical results for committed clients training 2× per week: measurable posture improvement within 4–6 weeks, noticeable body composition changes by month 2–3, and 20–30 pounds of sustainable fat loss over 4–6 months. Strength benchmarks improve significantly. Monthly progress reports track posture photos, strength data, body composition, and adherence so you always know exactly where you stand.
Do I need prior training experience?
No. OmniFit Performance works with clients at every starting point — from complete beginners who have never touched a weight to experienced lifters who need corrective work after injuries. The 9-point movement assessment establishes your exact baseline, and your program is built from there. Every exercise is coached in person, progressed systematically, and tracked.
