We follow a strict 3/10 pain ceiling protocol and build your program around your limitations — progressively restoring function without aggravating existing conditions.

Can I do outdoor training sessions in Point Loma?

Absolutely. Shelter Island, Sunset Cliffs, and Cabrillo National Monument all provide excellent outdoor training environments. Weather-permitting sessions combine bodyweight work, resistance bands, and portable equipment with your corrective and strength protocols. Outdoor sessions follow the same structured programming as indoor sessions.
